HighWay Consulting was conceived on a lonely stretch of highway from Texas to Chicago during the summer of 2001. The need for small businesses and organizations to be online was becoming more urgent and many didn’t have the funds, time, or expertise to put together a quality web site that would serve the needs of users and the organization. Over 10 years later, there is still a great need for small businesses and organizations to have an affordable, easy-to-maintain, and functional website.
